What to send, and where
- A price you saw in a shop: use the price report form (you'll need to sign in). A photo of the price tag helps most.
- A mistake on the site: send the page link and what's wrong. The corrections policy explains what happens next.
- Your data: the privacy page lists what we collect and your rights. Email us with any request.
- A shop or airport asking about its listings: email us with the airport and the listings concerned.
We don't sell anything, so we can't help with orders, refunds or stock. Those go to the shop you bought from.
